This is the prototype of our team’s game, Glow. You play as Freyja, a little girl on a quest to rescue the fireflies and drive off the darkness.
Controls are WASD to move and mouse click or spacebar to attack.
The prototype can be downloaded here for PC.
As I mentioned previously, here’s a peek at my robot as well as two practice bots I made. Just download this unity package and import it into your Robot Arena project from the Assets menu. The prefabs should work just fine as long as you make sure to register any melee or ranged items with the Ref.
A few things I’ve noticed thus far are that the default test bots are using Transform instead of CharacterController, which results in them noclipping through things and ignoring gravity. If try to switch your AI to use CharacterController.Move, you may notice your robot hovering in the air. To fix this, reduce the height on the CharacterController slightly and greatly reduce the Skin Width to something like 0.001. You can take a look at my practice bot prefabs for examples.

In this game, you have three characters. For the purposes of the prototype, they will be referred to as Big Guy, Medium Guy, and Little Guy.
Big Guy has the ability to levitate over three squares of pits and can use telekinesis to move small objects or levers that are within 2 squares of him that he can see.
Medium Guy has the ability to manipulate temperatures. He can freeze water, melt ice, or light obstacles on fire.
Little Guy has the ability to psychically harden his skin to resist harm, or enhance his strength to break through weak objects and obstacles.
All three characters start at one point in a level and must use their abilities to get all three characters to the exit of the level.
